Brandix Lanka Pvt Ltd, one of Asia’s largest apparel manufacturers, employs over 60,000 people and generates more than $600 million in annual turnover. As a strategic partner to leading global fashion brands, the company manages a staggering volume of orders every day. To maintain its leadership in the industry, Brandix needed to modernize its order management process, which relied heavily on legacy workflows that were time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to scale.
The vision was bold: replace outdated systems with JARVIS, a modern enterprise platform capable of streamlining end-to-end order management. This platform had to be robust enough to handle thousands of orders daily while remaining user-friendly for merchandising staff spread across multiple geographies.
The challenge was multifaceted. Order processing needed to become faster, more reliable, and less dependent on manual effort, without disrupting existing operations. The system had to integrate seamlessly into the company’s workflows while providing the scalability to support global demand. Just as importantly, the merchandising staff required an intuitive and responsive interface that would empower them to focus on value creation rather than administrative burdens.
This transformation required not just enterprise-grade engineering, but also a deep focus on user experience design, ensuring that the technology served the people who would rely on it every day.
We architected JARVIS on a cloud-native foundation using AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, and Redis to guarantee resilience under heavy workloads. The infrastructure was designed for scalability, ensuring the platform could grow with Brandix’s operations while delivering high performance.
On the front end, we built the platform with Angular, KendoUI, GraphQL, and NodeJS, creating a responsive and modern interface tailored specifically for merchandising teams. Order validation, tracking, and management became faster and easier, translating complex workflows into simple user actions.
Over a 15-month engagement, the project was delivered in three stages: development, user acceptance testing, and deployment. Each stage embedded rigorous QA processes to validate stability, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives. Operating as an extension of Brandix’s digital team, we provided end-to-end ownership of architecture, engineering, and quality assurance, ensuring every layer of JARVIS was aligned with Brandix’s strategic goals.

The launch of JARVIS has streamlined order processing across Brandix, making workflows faster, more accurate, and less prone to human error. Merchandising staff now benefit from an intuitive and responsive system that reduces complexity, improving both efficiency and job satisfaction.
With its enterprise-scale infrastructure, JARVIS is capable of handling the company’s immense operational load while remaining flexible for future requirements. By digitizing a mission-critical process, Brandix has reinforced its position as a global leader in apparel manufacturing, demonstrating how technology can deliver competitive advantage in a demanding industry.
Most importantly, JARVIS lays the foundation for continuous innovation. With its scalable architecture and user-centered design, the platform sets a benchmark for digital transformation in manufacturing, preparing Brandix for the next chapter of growth in a global market that demands both speed and resilience.
