Partnering to Empower Global Innovators

BeVisioneers, funded by the Mercedes-Benz Group, is a global venture coaching program designed to empower young innovators to turn their ideas into scalable, impactful ventures. By combining mentorship, training, and resources, the program supports social and environmental innovation with the ambition of creating measurable global change.

As the program expanded, so did the complexity of delivering personalized, high-quality coaching to hundreds of ventures simultaneously. BeVisioneers envisioned a platform that could leverage AI to provide tailored guidance, automate repetitive processes, and deliver data-driven insights at scale. Fcode Labs with them to bring this vision to life through an AI-powered coaching platform designed for inclusivity, scalability, and measurable impact.

Building the Digital Backbone of Venture Coaching

The coaching experience lies at the heart of BeVisioneers. Traditionally, mentorship had been delivered one-to-one, but the scale of the program demanded a new approach. The challenge was not only to scale mentorship without diluting its quality, but also to personalize the journey of every innovator by leveraging the program’s growing repository of post-training data.

Our collaboration focused on building a platform that integrates AI intelligence, research-driven design, and cloud-native engineering. The result was an ecosystem capable of serving a global cohort while empowering coaches with actionable insights and freeing them from repetitive tasks.

Engineering the AI Coaching Platform

We began by embedding AI-driven personalization into the platform. Machine learning models analyze post-training data to recommend tailored pathways, resources, and next steps for each innovator. Equally important was designing for global accessibility.
