Fcode Labs Marks a Year of Growth and Achievement at Awards Night 2025

Fcode Labs hosted its annual Awards Night 2025 at Waters Edge recently, bringing together team members to recognize performance, value-driven leadership, and delivery excellence across the organization. The event also marked a milestone in the company’s journey, as 2025 represented the seventh year of Fcode Labs.

The evening opened with keynote speeches by Co-Founders & CEOs Buddhishan Manamperi and Tharindu Malawaraarachchi, reflecting on the company’s progress over the past year and its strategic direction ahead. A second keynote address was delivered by Pamaljith Harshapriya, Chief Operating Officer, outlining the operational priorities shaping Fcode Labs’ next phase of growth.

Awards were presented across three core categories: Customer Excellence, Performance Excellence, and Value-Based Behaviour.

Under Customer Excellence, Senior Software Engineer Prabhanu Gunaweera and Software Engineer Dushan Pramod were recognized for strengthening partner collaboration and ownership.

Under Performance Excellence, awards were presented to Quality Engineer Munsira Mansoor; Senior Software Engineer Thusara Wanigathunga and Software Engineer Thushan De Silva; Technical Lead Adithya Narasinghe; Senior Business Analyst Avantha Dissanayake; People & Culture Specialist Amanda Janmaweera; Associate Software Engineer Sithika Guruge; and Associate Business Analyst Sandali Gunawardena.

Under Value-Based Behaviour, Associate Software Architect Thilina Hewagama, Associate Lead Quality Engineer Udara Sembukuttiarachchi, and Software Engineer Kavindu Dhananjaya were recognized for consistently demonstrating Fcode Labs’ values in how they lead, collaborate, and deliver.

The celebration also featured a raffle draw, with Technical Lead Buddhi Vikasitha announced as the winner of a fully funded tour to Malaysia for two.

Awards Night 2025 reflected Fcode Labs’ continued commitment to recognizing the team members behind its progress and reinforcing a culture rooted in integrity, innovation, and performance.
