Porolis is a Singapore-based gemstone tech company that enables professionals to analyze, certify, and manage gems through AI-powered digital solutions.

The Project

Fcode Labs partnered with Porolis to build a complete digital solution for gemstone analysis and certification. For Porolis’s gem scanning devices, Fcode Labs developed a Windows-based application to operate the hardware and a cloud platform to store, manage, and share gem data. The goal was to replace manual workflows with a fast, accurate, and user-friendly system.

The Challenge

Porolis needed a robust, user-friendly Windows-based operating system to interface with their gemstone scanning devices and run smoothly on touchscreen hardware. In addition, they required a scalable SaaS platform to manage scanned gemstones, generate reports, display gem data publicly, support secure authentication and subscriptions, and enable in-system payments.
